Hercules Hoists Limited agreed, subject to fulfillment of certain conditions precedent by the parties, for sale and transfer of its Mulund land approximately 8327 square meters (2.05 Acre), together with the structures standing thereon, situated at Minerva Industrial Estate, Mulund, Mumbai for a lumpsum consideration of Rs90cr.
The Company has received a part payment of 10% of the aforesaid total consideration thereon from the proposed assignee in this regard.
The company stock was bullish on Thursday and at around 12.05 pm, Hercules Hoists Ltd was trading at Rs160.70 per share up by Rs7.15 or 4.66% from its previous closing of Rs153.55 per share on the BSE.
