Hero MotoCorp’s VIDA sets up 50 charging locations in 3 cities

VIDA, powered by Hero, Hero MotoCorp’s emerging mobility brand and the world’s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, has launched its public charging infrastructure in Bengaluru, Delhi, and Jaipur.

The brand has installed nearly 300 public charging stations in 50 locations across the three cities. The charging network is distributed throughout key locations to ensure customer convenience. Users can charge their scooter’s battery at 1.2 km/min using VIDA’s fast charging network. Each charging station will include both DC and AC charging ports.

Customers can complete the charging journey using the ‘My VIDA’ mobile App. They will be able to use the App to find the nearest charging station, view its availability, reserve a charging slot, and navigate to the station. The App will also manage the entire payment process.

VIDA’s vision of creating a hassle-free electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem is reflected in their seamless charging experience for customers. Customers can test-drive the Vida V1 at VIDA Experience Centers in Bengaluru and Jaipur, as well as pop-up stores in Delhi-NCR, stated the company in its media release.

The VIDA V1 has the best combination of performance, range, and a top speed in its class.
