The Board of Directors of Hinduja Global Solutions Limited has informed regarding board meeting of the company.
According to the filing, the board meeting will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2022, inter-alia, to consider declaration of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2021-22; and proposal for declaration of Bonus Issue of Equity Shares, informed Hinduja Global on Monday.
On Tuesday, during early trade Hinduja Global hits 52-week high at Rs3,948 per piece on Sensex.
