The company announced that it has entered into 2 M&A developments to support its transformation journey.
The company has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in TekLink International, Inc., for a consideration of US$ 58.8 million (approx. Rs 483.97 crore). The deal with the analytics service provider is expected to be completed within the next two months.
HGS has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent (LoI) with Convergence IT Services to acquire uKnowva, a digital Human Resources Management System (HRMS) product business, subject to due diligence and approvals.
uKnowva is a cloud-based SaaS platform that is simple to use, inexpensive, and leverages intelligent software to provide human capital management, automation, and collaboration for midsize and growing businesses.
TekLink International provides full-service financial planning and analytics, including design, implementation, and application management. It has developed technical and functional expertise in a variety of industries, including consumer goods, retail, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and distribution, utilities, and high technology.
At around 10.59 AM, Hinduja Global was trading at Rs1,369.25 apiece, up by 1.41% from its previous closing of Rs1,350.25 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs1,356 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs1,389.65 and Rs1,356 respectively.
