Hindustan Adhesives to acquire 19.76% in Bagla Tecvision; Stock gains over 1.5%

Hindustan Adhesives Ltd has informed that the Company has made an investment of Rs15,02,400 by acquiring shares of 1,50,240 i.e. 19.76% in the Right Issue of Bagla Tecvision Private limited.

As per regulatory filing, Bagla Tecvision Private Limited will carry on the business of Development of application (APP) for sports management and other related activities and to develop, organize, promote, establish, acquire, run or manage Health clubs and Health centres, Yoga centres, Massage Parlours, Beauty Parlours, fitness centres, indoor stadiums, sports physiotherapy, centers, sports bars, aerobic clubs, fitness centres, yoga centres, slimming centers, nutrition clinics and sports and games clubs and Gymnasiums.

At around 11:07 AM, Hindustan Adhesives was trading at Rs390 per piece up by Rs6 or 1.56% on the BSE. Previously, the scrip ended at Rs384 per piece.
