Hindustan Aeronautics declares final dividend Rs 10 for FY22; stock trades flat

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today, recommended a final dividend of Rs10 per equity share (100%) of Rs10 each fully paid up for the financial year 2021-22.

The dividend recommended is subject to the approval of members of the company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, which shall be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration.

Further information in this regard including record date etc. shall be submitted to the concerned stock exchanges in the meantime.

At around 3.19 PM, Hindustan Aeronautics was trading at Rs1,799 down by Rs9.3 or 0.51% from its previous closing of Rs1,808.30 on the BSE. The scrip hit intraday high and low of Rs1,817.60 and Rs1,792.05 respectively.
