Hindustan Zinc Declares Rs 7 Interim Dividend for FY 2023-24

Vedanta subsidiary Hindustan Zinc Ltd has declared an interim dividend of Rs 7 per share for the financial year 2023-24. The announcement was made in compliance with the regulations of the Indian stock market bourses.

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Zinc Ltd passed a resolution on July 8, 2023, approving the payment of the interim dividend. The dividend amounts to 350% on the face value of Rs 2 per share, totaling Rs 2,957.72 Crores. The record date for the dividend has been set for July 15, 2023.

Eligible shareholders will receive the interim dividend within the prescribed timelines as per the law. This announcement reflects Hindustan Zinc Ltd’s commitment to providing returns to its shareholders and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
