The Board of HLE Glascoat at its meeting held on 10 August 2022 has noted that considering the recently implemented Greenfield Plant by the Company at Silvassa, the scaling down of manufacturing operations at the existing Silvassa Plant of H L Equipments, a Partnership Firm in which the Company owns 99% ownership interest, has been initiated and the Silvassa manufacturing operations will be relocated to the new Greenfield Plant, which has considerably higher capacity and potential for future growth.
