ICICI Bank allots over 2.60 lakh equity shares under ESOS

ICICI Bank has announced the exchanges regarding allotment of equity shares under ESOS.

According to the filing, the Bank allotted 260,849 equity shares of face value of Rs2 each on January 24, 2023 under the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

Recently, the Bank has recorded a 34.2 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase in standalone profit at Rs 8,312 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 on healthy growth in NII (Net interest income) and operating profit, with improvement in asset quality. 

ICICI Bank’s NII surged 34.6 per cent to Rs 16,465 crore.

At around 2:00 PM, ICICI Bank was trading at Rs868.60 per share lower by 0.34% on the BSE.
