ICICI Bank allots over 6.30 lakh equity shares under ESOS

ICICI Bank has allotted 6,30,935 equity shares of face value of Rs2 each on August 26, 2022 under the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

Recently, NMDFC signs deal with ICICI Bank for development of banking software, app.

According to the official statement said, ICICI Bank will design, develop and deploy the application for NMDFC, provide source code and executable database information among others.

On Friday, at around 2:23 PM, ICICI Bank Ltd is currently trading at Rs872 per share up by Rs0.6 or 0.07% from its previous closing of Rs871.40 per share on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs874.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs877.45 and Rs867.35 respectively so far today. The current market cap of the company is Rs6,06,678.22 crore.
