ICRA assigns ICRA BBB- (Stable) to NCD and OCD of Kesoram Industries; Stock ends 4% higher

ICRA has assigned the long-term rating ICRA BBB- (Stable) to Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) and Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCD) of Kesoram Industries Limited.

The rating on Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) Rs1549 crore has been assigned at ICRA BBB- (Stable). For Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCD) Rs167 crore, ICRA BBB- (Stable) rating has been assigned.

Kesoram Industries Ltd ended at Rs54.50 per share up by Rs2.1 or 4.01% from its previous closing of Rs52.40 per share on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs52.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs54.80 and Rs52.75 respectively. So far 6,04,555 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter.
