IDFC Mutual Fund (Now known as Bandhan Mutual Fund) is launching NFO under its “fund-of-fund category”, named as IDFC US Treasury Bond 0-1 YEAR Fund of Fund. This open-ended fund passively investing in units / shares of overseas Index Funds and / or ETFs which track an index with US treasury securities in the 0-1 year maturity range as its constituents, subject to tracking error.
Investment strategy: The scheme aims for long-term capital appreciation by passively investing in units / shares of overseas Index Funds and / or ETFs which track an index with US treasury securities in the 0-1 year maturity range as its constituents.
Asset allocation: IDFC US Treasury Bond 0-1 YEAR Fund of Fund seeks to provide diversification in the US market debts by investing in short-term US treasury securities, globally considered a safe haven asset.
Who should invest?
Investors with high risk appetite and want to invest in international debt funds should invest in the scheme.
Risk associated: Very high level of risk.
Benchmark: ICE 0-1 Year US Treasury Securities Index.

The NFO is available for subscription from March 10 to March 23. The schemes will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase within five Business Days from the date of allotment. The fund offers systematic investment solutions like SIP and SWP to create a flexible investment plan. The minimum subscription amount is Rs 1000/- and in multiples of any amount thereafter.
