IIFL Finance Receives ‘Great Place to Work’ Certification for 5th time in a Row

IIFL Finance has been awarded the ‘Great Place to Work Certification”, by Great Place to Work (GPTW) Institute, for 5^th time in a row. The findings of the certification process are based on surveys conducted over the employees of the organization. GPTW says that organizations that get this certification usually show consistently outstanding employee experience, great leadership and sustainable financial performance.

IIFL Finance is one of the largest non-banking finance companies (NBFC) in India. It employs over 30,000 people. Its product offerings include home loans, gold loans, business loans, MSME loans, microfinance, construction & real estate financing etc.
