Shares of India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd marked an impressive entry on Dalal Street, trading at a premium of 26%. The stock was listed at Rs 620 on NSE, reflecting a premium of 25.76% over the issue price of Rs 493. On BSE, the shares were listed at Rs 612, indicating a premium of 24.28%.
India Shelter Finance’s IPO, a book-built issue of Rs 1,200.00 crores, consisted of a fresh issue of 1.62 crore shares amounting to Rs 800.00 crores and an offer for sale of 0.81 crore shares aggregating to Rs 400.00 crores.
The bidding for India Shelter Finance IPO commenced on December 13, 2023, and concluded on December 15, 2023. The allotment process was finalized on Monday, December 18, 2023, with the shares officially listed on BSE and NSE on December 20, 2023.
Established in 1998, India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited, formerly known as Satyaprakash Housing Finance India Limited, specializes in the housing finance business.
