IndoStar Capital Finance board approves allotment of NCDs worth Rs50cr

The Board of Directors of IndoStar Capital Finance Limited on Monday approved allotment of 500 – 7.80% ICFL Series XLVI 2024 Rated Listed Secured Redeemable Taxable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs10 Lakh each, for cash, at par, aggregating to Rs50cr on Private Placement Basis.

At around 10.15 am, Indostar Capital Finance Ltd was trading at Rs248.65 per share up by Rs0.55 or 0.22% from its previous closing of Rs248.10 per piece on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs246.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs249.85 and Rs245.75 respectively
