The automotive marquee smart Europe GmbH and Infosys have inked a five-year partnership to refine Infosys’ Direct-to-Customer (D2C) business model in Europe and to provide enhanced customer experience, data-driven personalization, and engagement for the smart #1, the recently announced smart #3, and other upcoming all-electric models from the iconic brand. The announcement was made through an exchange filing. Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
By means of this strategic partnership, Infosys will assist Smart Europe GmbH in reinventing the online electric vehicle (EV) purchasing experience and utilising cutting-edge Machine Learning (ML) models to precisely predict sales and post-purchase demand.
Because Infosys has extensive experience facilitating consolidation across automotive sales and e-commerce processes and systems, it was selected to support the premium EV manufacturer in this change.
Infosys will make use of its reliable process, functional and technical knowledge, and design thinking-led consulting approach to help clever Europe GmbH obtain extraordinary value from its investments in software, data, and cloud computing.
Along with a D2C sales approach and secure interaction across lead generation, prospect conversion, sales, and aftersales channels, Infosys will also assist clever Europe GmbH in effectively selling electric automobiles throughout 15 European nations. This assistance will be complemented by end-to-end ownership and responsibility.
