Ircon International Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with SYSTRA MVA Consulting (India) Private Lirnited, an international consulting and engineering company. SYSTRA MVA Consulting (India) Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary company of SYSTRA SA (France).
As per regulatory filing, this MoU is aimed to collaborate and cooperate each other to explore, identify, pursue and jointly execute mutually beneficial business opportunities of “Detailed Design & Project Management Consultancy for Tunneling Projects (either by NATM & TSM technology) in sectors viz. Railway, Metro Rail & Highway in India”.
On Firday at around 9:30 AM, Ircon International was trading at Rs46.65 apiece up by Rs0.65 or 1.41% from its previous closing of Rs46 apiece on the BSE.
