Jay Bharat Maruti announces various award wins; Stock sheds over 1.5%

Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd has announced that the Company has received various awards, won by its plants in northern india at the “CII National Challengers Trophy” Competition held from December 8-10, 2021 virtually.

The list of the awards are:

• Gold Award in Renovation Category (to increase effectiveness of the Plant)
• Silver Award in TPM Category
• Silver Award in Innovation Category
• Silver Award in Poka-Yoke (mistake proofing) Category

At around 11:12 AM, Jay Bharat Maruti was trading at Rs191.85 apiece down by Rs3.25 or 1.67% on the BSE.

Jay Bharat Maruthi (JBML) was promoted as a joint venture by Maruti Udyog (MUL) and private promoters namely F C Singhal and S K Arya & associates. The company manufactures sheet metal components, assemblies and sub-assembles. It is a dedicated ancillary to Maruti Udyog.
