JPMorgan Chase, a prominent American financial services company, has opened two new locations in Mumbai and Bengaluru, which will grow to be two of its largest technology and operational hubs worldwide.
The new 1.12 million square feet-Bengaluru hub is located within the Embassy Tech Village, on the Outer Ring Road, while the Mumbai campus is a 1.16 million square feet facility located on the 23-acre Nirlon Knowledge Park, one of the largest finance and technology hubs located along the Western Express Highway at Goregaon, northwest of the megapolis, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
According to Daniel Wilkening, chief administrative officer for the JPMorgan Chase India Corporate Centre, Mumbai and Bengaluru are crucial to our ongoing success, and these new facilities show our dedication to India and our staff.
According to Deepak Mangla, CEO of JPMorgan Chase India’s corporate centre, the two new campuses will provide our employees with cutting-edge technology, flexible, efficient, and inclusive workspaces that are driven by sustainability and overall well-being.
More than 50,000 people are employed by JPMorgan Chase in India, where they provide crucial technological and business operations support for each segment of the company. Currently, it provides firms with investment banking, global markets, wholesale payments, and custody services. Already, it has facilities in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.
