KBC Global Ltd has received sanction for revised building plan of Hari Vasant, a residential project situated at S No 4/2A,4/1B AND 4/2B/2, Aanandwali, Nashik-422005.
As per filing, with this sanction project has received approval for construction of additional saleable area of 90260 Sq Ft consisting total 60 additional units on five floors in each building ie Building A and Building B.
The total revised saleable area of the project will be 306548 Sq Ft consisting 204 units in two wings of the project, said Company on Friday.
KBC Global ended at Rs15.85 per piece higher by 1.28% on the BSE.
