Kedaara Capital provides $50 million in funding to Oasis Fertility

Private equity firm Kedaara Capital has provided $50 million in capital to Oasis Fertility in exchange for a sizable minority ownership in the business.

InvAscent, which made an investment in the business in 2016, will be able to exit through the transaction.

Additionally, after ASG Eye Hospitals, it was Kedaara’s second investment in the single speciality healthcare sector.

Oasis, which was founded in 2009, has expanded to include 26 clinics in 16 locations and has seen a three-fold increase in revenue. Oasis School for Human Embryology and Reproductive Medicine (OSHERM), a recognized internal training academy established by the business, has educated more than 200 medical professionals and produced more than 60 research articles. AndroLife, an innovative andrology (male infertility) practice, was recently introduced by Oasis.
