Kilburn Engineering board to allot 44.02 lakh equity shares and 44.11 lakh warrants; stock gains 1%

The ‘Share Allotment Committee’ of Kilburn Engineering Ltd have at their meeting held on March 07, 2022 agreed to allot 44,02,826 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company at premium of Rs. 24/- per share.

Also, the committee has agreed to allot 44,11,764 convertible warrants Rs. 10/- each of the Company at premium of Rs. 24/- per warrant, fully convertible into equity shares (pursuant to approval accorded by the Board of Directors and members).

At around 12:11 PM, Kilburn Engineering was currently trading at Rs39 apiece up by Rs0.5 or 1.3% from its previous closing of Rs38.50 apiece on the BSE. The current market cap of the company is Rs108.59cr.
