Kings Infra Ventures appoints Dr Thirunilath Vinayakumar as Independent Director

Kings Infra Ventures Ltd has announced the appointment of Dr. Thirunilath Vinayakumar as an Independent director of the Company.

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment in the category of Independent Non-Executive Director effective from March 31, 2022. “We are sure that the Board will benefit immensely from his rich knowledge and valuable experience”, Shaji Baby John Chairman and Managing Director Kings Infra Ventures said.

Dr. Thirunilath Vinayakumar with more than four decades of experience in the media and communication industry is well versed in management and financial sectors. Dr. Thirunilath Vinayakumar with MBA in marketing and doctorate in entrepreneurship is also the national president of Public Relations Council of India.

Kings Infra Ventures ended at Rs77.80 apiece up by Rs2.7 or 3.6% from its previous closing of Rs75.10 apiece on the BSE.
