Kopran invests Rs100 crore in Kopran Research Laboratories; Stock gains 2%

Kopran Limited has made investment aggregating to Rs100 crore in the Equity Share Capital of Kopran Research Laboratories Limited (KRLL), by way of subscription to the Rights issue and accordingly, has been allotted 25 lakh Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.10/- each at a premium of Rs390 per share of KRLL on March 19, 2022.

The company had raised funds amounting to Rs126.48 crore through Issue of Equity Shares on Preferential basis in the Month of January, 2022.

Ata round 10.42 am, Kopran Ltd was trading at Rs302.05 per piece up by Rs6.05 or 2.04% from its previous closing of Rs296 per piece on the BSE.
