L-;T Technology appoints Prajakta Powle as Compliance Officer; stock zooms ~1%

L&T Technology Services informed the investors and exchanges that the company has appointed Prajakta Powle as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company effective from March 17, 2022. Prajakta will succeed in the office of Ankita Gawankar, who has tendered her resignation as the Interim Compliance Officer of the company.

Prajakta is a qualified Company Secretary with over 16 years of experience with prestigious organizations in India. She has comprehensive experience in managing all aspects of the secretarial & legal functions assuring consistent compliance with all applicable laws, legislation, rules, regulations & guidelines.

She has expertise in handling & resolving complex issues & problems related to corporate laws, and SEBI & RBI regulations. As a subject matter expert, she can provide high-quality actionable advisory to top management assuring compliance of all business activities & decisions within the applicable statutory framework.

Recently she has been recognized amongst the “Top 100 Women in Finance in India -2020”.

Prior to joining L&T Tech, Prajakta was working with BSE Limited as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer for over the past 5 years. In the past, she has worked with Times Group, JSW Group, and Reliance Industries Limited.

L&T Tech is currently trading at Rs4,785 up by Rs26.15 or 0.55% from its previous closing of Rs4,758.85 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs4,847 and has touched an intraday high and low of Rs4,847 and Rs4,755.10 respectively.
