L&T Realty logs complete sell out of Chennai residential project

L&T Realty, the real estate division of engineering and construction group Larsen and Toubro, announced on Sunday that it has sold out all of the homes in the first phase of its first residential project in the city.

L&T Realty is working on the development of Avinya Enclave in Manapakkam, a seven-acre residential property. The first phase consists of four towers with 500 apartments ranging in size from two to four bedrooms. Avinya Enclave apartments start at Rs 90 lakh, according to a corporate release.

‘L&T is a well-known brand, and it is an honor for us to be launching our first residential project in Chennai. The proximity to the projected Manapakkam Metro station, as well as being surrounded by bustling retail and commercial centres, adds to the many benefits of this project,’ stated Shrikant Joshi, CEO and MD of L&T Realty.

The project, which commenced on September 9, is intended to maximize open space utilization while also providing adequate sunlight and cross ventilation, according to a statement.
