For Rs 60 crore, the infrastructure giant sold STUP Consultants, a division of Assystem SA of France, its whole interest in L&T Infrastructure Engineering (LTIEL).
This deal is consistent with the company’s resolve to concentrate on its primary operations and resources. LTIEL made Rs 92 crore in sales in FY23.
It is anticipated that the transaction will be finished by January 15, 2024.
