Mahindra -; Mahindra reveals first electric SUV ‘XUV400'

Mahindra & Mahindra, India’s largest SUV manufacturer, on the eve of World EV Day, ripped the covers off the entertaining and fast XUV400 electric SUV for personal automobile consumers willing to embrace the future.

The XUV400 is the first EV from Mahindra to have the twin peaks emblem with a matte copper finish, giving it a distinct presence on the road. It is part of the Mahindra EV famous brand XUV, which was recently unveiled in the UK.

The XUV400 is a large electric SUV with cutting-edge technology, strong features, and exciting performance.

The XUV400, which operates in the C-segment SUV category, is 4200 mm long and has a wheelbase of 2600 mm, providing its occupants with not only great interior space and legroom but also best-in-class luggage space of 378 litres/418 litres (up to the roof).

It is also the widest e-SUV in the category, with a width of 1821 mm, offering ample of shoulder room for occupants. The XUV400’s size also gives it a commanding appearance on the road.

The XUV400 is developed in partnership with global partners from South Korea, and it utilises its strengths in a variety of categories – advanced tech eco-system for speed and skill – such as calibration, system integration, and vehicle validation.

At around 3.06 PM, Mahindra & Mahindra was trading at Rs1,303.35 per piece, down by 1.35% from its previous closing of Rs1,321.25 on the BSE. The scrip touched day’s high and low of Rs1,365.90 and Rs1,294.55 respectively.
