Maruti Suzuki Achieves Record Monthly Sales: 15.54% Surge in January

Maruti Suzuki India reported a significant 15.54% increase in total vehicle sales for January, reaching 199,364 units compared to 172,535 units in the same month last year.

This milestone marked the highest-ever monthly sales volume for the Gurugram-based automaker.

Domestic sales alone saw a robust growth of 13%, reaching 170,214 vehicles, up from 151,367 units recorded in January of the previous year.

Additionally, Maruti Suzuki India exported 23,921 vehicles during the month, according to the company’s statement.

Within the domestic market, total passenger vehicle sales amounted to 166,802 units, reflecting a growth of 13.20% compared to January 2023, where 147,348 vehicles were sold.
