MOIL reduces price of Ferro grades by 5%; stock adds ~1%

MOIL Limited has informed the investors and exchanges that in line with the business practice of fixing/revising prices of Manganese Ore and other products, the Company has fixed/revised prices of different grades of Manganese Ore and other products, effective from June 1, 2022.

The company has decreased prices of other Ferro grades of manganese ore, SMGR (Mn-30% & Mn-25%), Fines, and Chemical grades by 5% on the prices prevailing since May 1, 2022 w.e.f. June 1, 2022.

The company further stated that the basic price of EMD has been increased from Rs1,21,000 PMT to Rs1,50,000 PMT w.e.f. June 1, 2022.

The prices of all Ferro grades of manganese ore with a Manganese content of Mn-44% and above have been continued as prevailing since May 1, 2022 w.e.f. midnight of 1 June 2022.

At around 10.09 AM, MOIL Ltd was trading at Rs162.30 up by Rs1.75 or 1.09% from its previous closing of Rs160.55 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs161.65 and has touched intraday high and low of Rs163.05 and Rs161.55 respectively.
