Nandan Denim Ltd has informed to the exchanges regarding record date for issue of bonus equity shares.
As per regulatory filing, the Company has fixed Monday, March 21, 2022 as the ‘Record Date’, for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 2 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 existing Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each, subject to the approval of shareholders which is being obtained through Postal Ballot, said Company.
On Thursday early morning trade, Nandan Denim was trading at Rs137.10 per piece lower by 1.30% on Sensex.
