Navneet Education allots commercial paper aggregating to Rs35 crore; Stock gains 1%

Navneet Education Ltd has issued and allotted 700 units of Commercial Paper (CP) of Rs5 lakh each, aggregating to Rs35 crore at a yield of 4.40% p.a.

As per the regulatory filing, the date of issue is April 25, 2022 and Redemption Date will be June 24, 2022. Tenure of the security is 60 days, said company.

At around 9:17 AM, Navneet Education was trading at Rs102.20 per piece higher by 1.19% on the BSE.
