NBCC’s subsidiary secures ₹92 Crore order, driving shares up by 2% in early trade on March 5. NBCC (India) is trading at ₹132.90 on the BSE, with a gain of 0.42%.
In February, the company completed the e-auction of approximately 61,000 sqft commercial built-up area in New Delhi, valued at ₹272.68 Crore.
NBCC obtains in-principle approval from Greater Noida Authority for developing unused FAR in Amrapali projects worth around Rs. 10,000 Crore. In December 2023, NBCC announces sales of 5,000 units worth ₹2,900 Crore from Amrapali Group’s residential projects.
NBCC’s share touched a 52-week high of ₹176.50 and a low of ₹30.96 on February 5, 2024, and March 28, 2023, respectively. Currently, it’s trading 23.57% below its high and 335.72% above its low.
HSCC (India) Limited, a subsidiary of NBCC, received a work order from PGIMER Chandigarh for architectural consultancy. NBCC recently sold 2.05 lakh square feet of commercial space in Delhi’s World Trade Centre for approximately ₹828 Crore.
