NBCC’s shares showed positive movement on September 22 following the announcement of a Rs 100 crore order from SAIL. The state-owned infrastructure consultant secured this order to conduct developmental projects in SAIL’s township and mines in Bhilai, Chattisgarh.

In the April-June quarterly report, NBCC reported a net profit of Rs 77 crore, significantly improving from the net loss in the same period last year. The company also noted a 6.61% YoY increase in revenue, reaching Rs 1,918 crore.
