Nestle India has announced its results for the fourth quarter ended December 2022. The FMCG company has posted a whopping 66% y-o-y growth in its PAT at Rs 628 crore. Company’s PAT during the quarter ended December 2021 stood at Rs 379 crore.
Company’s chosen financial year is January-December.
Further, the board of directors of the company announced a final dividend of Rs75 per equity share for the year 2022.
The company reported a 14% yoy growth in sales at Rs4,233 crore in Q4 2022, compared to Rs3,715 crore in the previous corresponding quarter. While revenue from operations also jumped 14% yoy to Rs4,257 crore.
The company reported an EBITDA of Rs 973 crore for the fourth quarter ended December, up 14% from Rs851 crore in the same quarter last year. Meanwhile, margins came in at 22.9%.
The company reported a net profit of Rs2,390 crore for the fiscal year 2022, while net sales were Rs16,970 crore. Domestic sales increased by 15% during the same time period.
Following this development, Nestle India was trading 2.12% higher at Rs19,669.70 per piece, against the previous close of Rs19,260.95 on NSE. The counter touched an intraday high of Rs19,749 so far in the day.
