Nidhi Granites board approves allotment of 32.50 lakh warrants on preferential basis

Nidhi Granites Ltd has informed that Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on February 24, 2022 has approved the allotment of 32,50,000 Convertible Warrants of face value of Rs10/- each at the issue price of Rs29/- per warrant (including security premium of Rs19/- per share) on preferential basis.

Details of issuance of securities are as follows:

Devan Pandya (Promoter category) – 10,89,000
Darpan Shah (Promoter category) – 10,80,000
Kala Purvish Diwanji (Non-Promoter category) – 5,40,000
Nayana Balubhai Bhatt (Non-Promoter category) – 5,41,000

At around 1:39 PM, Nidhi Granites was trading at Rs86.35 apiece down by Rs4.5 or 4.95% on Sensex. The scrip hit intraday high at Rs95.35 per piece and intraday low at Rs86.35 per piece today.
