Niti Aayog's job creation plan

Niti Aayog is planning to come out with a new job creation plan as this plan will focus on creating jobs in the area of childcare and aged care.

It will also focus on creating more jobs through the gig economy. Gig economy means the economy of freelance workers. Another aspect of this plan is to increase female participation rate in the labor force. 

Female participation rate means the percentage of women in the labor force of the country. Currently female participation rate in the labor force of India is around 22%.
