Omax Autos sells land in Manesar for Rs68 crore; Stock soars ~5%

Omax Autos Ltd has informed to the exchanges that it has formally closed its operation at Industrial land bearing Plot No.6, Sector-3, Industrial Estate, IMT Manesar, Gurgaon and Haryana admeasuring land area 20475 sq. mtr. Necessary communication have been made to government departments.

Further, the company has sold the industrial property of the above said unit situated at the above location to Sarita Handa Exports Private Limited for Rs68 crore.

At around 10:50 AM, Omax Autos was trading at Rs44.60 apiece up by Rs2.05 or 4.82% against its previous closing of Rs42.55 apiece on the BSE.
