Oyo declares the purchase of Bornholmske Feriehuse

Oyo announced that its subsidiary DanCenter had completed the acquisition of Bornholmske Feriehuse, a provider of vacation rentals situated in Europe. The move is a part of its effort to become a provider of full-stack vacation homes.

More than 700 residences are available on Bornholmske Feriehuse’s platform, which is headquartered on the Danish island of Bornholm. Oyo stated that it anticipates exceeding 250,000 visitor nights in 2022.

The company added that the acquisition demonstrates its dedication to the Danish foreign affairs ministry’s “Invest in Denmark” initiative. The project offers customized one-stop service for international businesses wishing to establish or develop a business in Denmark to draw in and keep the foreign investment.

Oyo already has well-known brands in Europe through its subsidiaries, such as Belvilla (Belvilla by Oyo), DanCenter, and Traum Ferienwohnungen.
