Palm Jewels Limited on January 13 will consider the Right Issue of equity shares, along with unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2021.

“A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 13, 2022, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2021, and to consider and approve Rights Issue of equity shares.

The company stock saw huge buying activity during early morning trade on Thursday. Palm Jewels Limited opened at 10% (upper curcuit) of Rs23.25 per piece and at around 10.00 am, it was trading at Rs23.20 per piece up Rs2.05 or 9.69% on the BSE.
