Parshva Enterprises stock hits new 52-week high after allotting 67.55 lakh bonus equity shares

Parshva Enterprises Ltd hits 52-week high on Monday after the announcement for allotment of bonus equity shares.

As per regulatory filing, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. February 07, 2022 have allotted 67,54,749 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each as fully-paid up Bonus Equity Shares, in the proportion of Two Hundred and Five Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every One Hundred existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each,to the eligible Members whose names appeared in the register of Members / list of beneficial owners as on February 04, 2022, being the record date fixed for this purpose, said company.

On Monday, the scrip touched new 52-week high at Rs102.50 per share on Sensex.
