Pfizer Ltd appoints Amit Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer and additional director (whole-time director) effective February 26, 2024, for a five-year term.
Agarwal brings over 20 years of finance experience, specializing in accounting, reporting, audit, controls, strategy, and change management.
Currently serving as General Manager of Finance at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), he manages finance functions for the sales and customer development vertical.
In his role as Financial Controller for Global Business Services (GBS) at HUL, Agarwal led an end-to-end controllership, collaborating with teams in India, the UK, the Philippines, and Brazil.
Prior to HUL, he worked at Vedanta Resources Limited as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and Factory Commercial Manager.
