Pokarna receives "Great Place to Work" Certification; Stock gains near 1%

Pokarna Engineered Stone Limited, wholly-owned subsidiary of Pokarna Limited and manufacturer of the highly successful global brand, Quantra Quartz has announced that it is now officially a “Great Place to Work-Certified in India. The certificate is granted by Great Place to Work (‘GPTW’), a leader in the identification and certification of Best Workplaces around the globe.

Through a research-backed confidential survey, GPTW gathered insights directly from people in all roles at various levels across Pokarna, instead of a select few at the top. The certification requires at least seven out of ten employees to have a consistently positive experience at work – but Pokarna ranked way above this average, with 92% of its employees naming Pokarna as a great place to work.

Other highlights of the certification include and indicate high employee survey participation rates and strong scores for all evaluation parameters.
