10 Aug 2022 , 03:01 PM

Result date: 11th August
Recommendation: Buy
Target price: Rs4,850

Apollo Hospitals is likely to witness improvement in occupancy of non-COVID patients in the June quarter. Pharmacy business could post flattish growth in the quarter. Revenue could dip 0.5% over the year-ago quarter. This decline is because of the high base effect of June quarter of the previous year. EBITDA could decline 8.05%, on the back of a high base.

Profit After Tax (PAT) could fall 47.53% over the year-ago quarter, owing to lower other income.

Key management insights to look into:

  • Growth outlook for key business segments
  • Traction of Apollo 24/7
  • Improvement in international patients segment in the hospitals business
Rs. Million June 2022 estimates Y-o-Y
