RailTel Corporation of India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Monday, January 10, 2022 has declared an Interim Dividend.
The interim dividend is declated at the rate of 17.5% of paid-up share capital (Rs1.75 /- per share) for the FY 2021-22.
Further, the Board of Directors has also approved Friday, January 21, 2022 as “Record Date” for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend of FY 2021-22.
At around 2:59 PM, Railtel Corporation of India was trading at Rs120.75 apiece up by Rs1.15 or 0.96% from its previous closing of Rs119.60 apiece on the BSE.
