Rajesh Sundaram, a 26-year employee of LTIMindtree, has been promoted to Chief Business Officer of the Manufacturing Business Unit. Since the company’s merger with its businesses last year, LTIMindtree has seen a number of high-level executive exits. Sundaram’s appointment coincides with these departures.
Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Sundaram’s LinkedIn page states that he is the Executive Vice President for Manufacturing at the moment.
‘He (Sundaram) brings in rich experience in the Programme Management, SAP enterprise application space, and client relationships contributing significantly to our expansion across Industries and establishing strong and sustainable business models,’ the company said in BSE filings in its October 26 announcement.
‘Rajesh has played a key role in the growth of our Industrial Manufacturing cluster as part of the Company’s Manufacturing Business unit over the past eight years,’ the statement continued. Rajesh attended Delhi University to become an engineer.
Venugopal Lambu, the markets president and full-time director of LTIMindtree, announced his resignation in January 2023, marking the first significant departure from the firm since the merger.
The company’s chief marketing officer, Paresh Vankar, left in October.
