Rallis India board to consider Q4 results and dividend on April 21; Stock rise 1%

Rallis India Ltd, (part of the Tata Group) a leading Company in the domestic crop protection sector has announced that the meeting will be held on April 21, 2022 and the board will discuss FY22 results and approve the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.

Further, it will host a conference call for analysts and investors on Friday, April 22 at 11:00 AM IST to discuss the company’s Q4 FY22 financial performance. The senior management of Rallis India Ltd. will be present on the conference call.

As per regulatory filing, the call will open with key comments from the management of Rallis India Ltd, following which there will be an opportunity for participants to pose queries to the management through an interactive Question & Answer session.

At around 10:16 AM, Rallis India was trading at Rs271.80 apiece up by Rs2.95 or 1.1% on the BSE.
