Ramky Infrastructure Ltd announced the appointment of Ajay Masand as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 20th January 2022.

Ajay Masand is a seasoned Finance professional with CA and LLB qualification with 26 years post qualification in-depth experience in all facets of Accounts, Audit, Business Finance, Treasury, Costing, Corporate Accounting-US GAAP /IGAAP’s, Construction Projects Accounting, Greenfield Project Capex Management, Taxation- Direct and GST, Regulatory Compliances, Govt Relations handling including availing the fiscal incentives from Central/State Govt authorities, Internal Audit/Controlling, Risk Management, Legal Matters handling, Commercial Negotiations, SAP implementation, etc.

He has well established experience in Financial Transformation steering processes improvement projects and driving cost reduction/ cost control measures and productivity improvements in all companies where has worked.
