Reliance Industrial Infrastructure appoints Sindhu Menon as Chief Financial Officer

Reliance Industrial Infrastructure Ltd. announced that it has appointed Mrs. Sindhu Menon as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel effective from January 20, 2022.

Menon has succeeded the office of Shri Krimesh Divecha vacated his office as CFO w.e.f. closing business hours of January 20, 2022.

Ms. Sindhu Menon is a commerce graduate and an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (CMA). She has over 25 years of rich and varied experience in the fields of accounts and finance. She has been associated with Reliance Group for more than 25 years across various Businesses and Functions.

RIIL is currently trading at Rs 949.35 against its previous closing price of Rs 953.10, down by Rs 2.45 (0.26%). It has touched an intraday high and low of Rs 954.80 and Rs 935 respectively, so far in today’s trade.
