A host of companies have lined up to announce their financial performance for the quarter ending December 2021 (Q3FY22) period on Wednesday. These companies belong to sectors such as automobile, IT, metal, telecom and even NBFCs among others.
Among the major Q3 earnings are – Bajaj Auto, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company and Larsen & Toubro Infotech.
In Q3FY22, a decline is expected in Bajaj Auto‘s profitability on a year-on-year basis. An increase in exports and prices is likely to marginally tone down the impact of cost inflation – which could lead to some extent of recovery in the three-wheeler segment. Notably, realisation is expected to rise in Q3 on the back of hikes in prices, however, margins may contract amid delay in passing-through of commodity inflation. While rising input costs (particularly aluminium) will put pressure on margins; these will be partly offset by higher operating leverage, benefits from favourable movement in forex and higher sales of 3 wheelers.
Further, companies like JSW Energy, Mastek, Oracle Financial Services Software, Sterlite Technologies, Syngene International and Tata Communications are also set to present their Q3 today.
Other companies are – Aptech, CCL Products (India), Ceat, Chembond Chemicals, Continental Securities, DRC Systems India, Orient Green Power Company, JSW Ispat Special Products, Nelco, Rallis India, Saregama India, Tata Investment Corporation, Tejas Networks, Trident Texofab, and TT Limited.
The December quarter of FY22 will also a play role in influencing markets sentiments.
